Ali Nohinek BS E-CYT 500 Yoga has helped me heal and continues to do this more and more as I delve deeper into this practice of awareness. Yoga is much more than a series of postures; it is a way of life. The more you become aware, the less you ignore! Yoga is a way to be conscious in every way. It is my goal to gently and humbly relay these teachings with as much integrity as possible. I have taught yoga to athletes for 8 years and have a yoga studio, Yogali for five. I am passionate about biomechanics, Ayurveda, yoga and the mind.
